Herzog & de Meuron have design a residential tower in the tribeca area of New York City. The craziest thing about this tower is that all 140 some odd floors each have there own unique floor plan. This building is definetly a first of its kind. It will surely be a beauty when it is completed in 2010. 56 Leonard

Villa V is this really contempory house design located in Estonia . This house is great example of contrasting materials in how the wood and concrete mix and creat a great looking building. It reminds of some of the work that Louis Kahn did with the Salk Institute. 3+1 Architects is the firm behind the building..
