Herzog & de Meuron have design a residential tower in the tribeca area of New York City. The craziest thing about this tower is that all 140 some odd floors each have there own unique floor plan. This building is definetly a first of its kind. It will surely be a beauty when it is completed in 2010. 56 Leonard
